ABOUT REGISTRATION
The IOI 2024 Host Organising Committee is pleased to invite all those who are qualified to IOI 2024. You can register through the https://www.ioiregistration.org/registration/ page until 15 June 2024.
If you do not have the password for the registration, you should contact your national representative using the contact information at https://ioinformatics.org/page/members/7.
Invitation letters for your visa application will processed automatically after the registration. Any questions regarding registration should be directed to info@ioi2024.eg

Special Requests
Participants with special dietary needs are kindly requested to indicate this fact in the IOI registration system. Please inform us of other special requests (e.g., disabilities, chronic diseases, and allergies) by email at info@ioi2024.eg.
The registration fee of 200 Euros per IOI country team is due to the IOI Foundation and is payable on-site in cash only.
IOI 2024 Host Organizing Committee covers local expenses for the team leaders, deputy leaders, and contestants in the period of 1st of September to 8th of September, 2024. All other guests must pay the fixed guest fee through direct bank transfer.
The IOI 2024 Egypt Host will provide the following services for the participants while in Egypt from the 1st of September to 8th of September, 2024, exclusively about the participation in IOI 2024:

Accommodation: Accommodation for participants will be arranged, the first night is the 1st of September 2024, and the last night is the 7th of September, 2024.

Full Catering: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, refreshments; as part of the service or in connection with the official programme of IOI 2024.

Domestic Transfer: On the 1st of September and on the 8th of September, 2024.; between pre-arranged meeting points in Egypt and accommodations.

Local Transfer: Between event locations, according to the IOI 2024 official program.

Cultural and Recreational Programs.
Notes
- The Host is not responsible for any additional costs beyond the services above.
- The Host does not undertake to organize and cover any services for those arriving or departing outside the period of 1st of September to 8th of September, 2024.
- Please note that you will be responsible for your medical insurance.
- The costs of international travel to/from Egypt are also not covered by the Host.
- The guest fee is set at 1500 Euros, for all guests. The registration allows 4 guests by default. If a team plans to register additional guests, please check with us through info@ioi2024.eg
- The Guest fees should be paid “online” by credit card through the AASTMT Banking system or bank transfer to the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (www.aast.edu) bank account:
